Shanxi Huanjie Petroleum Drilling Tools Manufacturing Co., Ltd., which is a private limited liability company, mainly operates manufacturing, processing and repairing of the drilling tools and casing, the development of mechanism oil drilling, underground energy dig and non-dig drilling.

It is located in No. 114 Chaoyang West Rd., Shouyang County, Jinzhong City, Shanxi Province, the People′s Republic of China. It covers 33, 000 m2 and adjoins TAI JIU express-way and No. 307 station-owned way. It is very convenient for transportation and communication. It has a joint owned firm in the state of Almaty in the Republic of Kazakhstan "FH. Company, Ltd", which has the title of buildings, a railway line and a production base about 73, 000m2. Now we have 200 staff, among which the managerial personnel are 10 and the professional technicianare 40.

Our company not only has modern production assembly lines for producing drill pipes, drill collars, non-magnetic drill collars, spiral drill collars, heavy weight drill pipes, Kellys, tool joints, casing, tubing and so on, but also has the complete precise testing instruments for raw materials and product qualities and one scientific research experiment center. Some essential and integral equipments that have advanced performance have reached the world first-class standard. Our company has the independent manufacturing and processing ability of purchasing the raw materials to produce the finished products. The annual production capability in our company is: Slick drill collars 16000 pieces, drill pipes 20000tons, Kellys (square ones and hexagonal ones) 2000 pieces, spiral drill collars(with elevator and slip recesses )6000 pieces, non-magnetic drill collars 2000 pieces, heavy weight drill pipes 10000 pieces, tool joints of drill pipe and couplings 6000 tons, casing 30000 tons and tubing 30000 tons and seamless steel pipes 10000 tons.

Our company′s operations are in full accordance with API&SY/T and DS-1standards. We have obtained six certificates as follow:

1. Certificate of Registration ISO 9001: 2000(No. 03806Q10026R1M);

2. Certificate of Authority to use the Official API Monogram on Drill collars ( Lincense Number: 7-0468);

3. Certificate of Authority to use the Official API Monogram on Drill pipe at Group 1 & 3 ( Lincense Number: 5D-0081);

4. Certificate of Authority to use the Official API Monogram on Kellys & Drill collars ( Lincense Number: 7-1-0468);
5. Certificate of Authority to use the Official API Monogram on Processor of Casing or Tubing Plain End at Group 1, 2 and 3 ( Lincense Number: 5CT-0821);

6. Certificate of Achievement as a Certified ARNCO 300XT (200XT & 100XT) HARDBANDER. The total production value in 2006 was up to 0.3 billion RMB (about US Dollars 41 Million).

The main synthesis and business capacity is 0.2 billion RMB by now(about US Dollars 26 Million). All our products are sold or being sold to the oilfields all over China and exported to USA, Canada, England, Russia, Chile, Turkey, Belgium, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Pakistan, Singapore, India, Sultan, Iran, Kirghiz, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and etc. It takes up 85 % of the total products capacity.
